UNISHOP’S PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

• Price Match Guarantee is available on textbooks.
• Price Match Guarantee is available in-store only. Please show proof of cheaper price of identical product to the store manager.
• The Price Match Guarantee is applies to identical products with the exact ISBN, in new condition and in the same format. The identical product must be in stock at an Australian retailer with physical stores or selected Australian online book retailers.
• UniShop will match the price of identical products immediately in stock at online retailers including booktopia.com.au, zookal.com and Amazon Australian website. The product must be lower than UniShop’s price once all shipping costs and any additional charges have been accounted for.
• The price being matched must be inclusive to any postage charges which would be applied to the identical product
• Price March Guarantee excludes peer-to-peer marketplaces (“other sellers on Amazon” or “fulfilled by Amazon”, and all types of Buy and Sell marketplaces”).
• Books that receive a price match credit cannot be returned.
• Limit one price match per title per customer.
• Not valid with any other offer.
• Clearance items are not eligible for Price Match Guarantee.
• This policy is subject to change or refusal at management’s discretion. 

CLICK AND COLLECT

• FREE Click and Collect is now available both at our Wollongong Campus shop front, as well as various other UOW campus locations (Bega Valley, Eurobodalla, Liverpool, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Sutherland, Sydney CBD) when shopping online. When checking out, simply select your preferred FREE Click and Collect campus location to save on shipping costs.

To Click and Collect in-store at UniShop:

• Simply select ‘UniShop – Wollongong Campus’ at checkout and your order will be available for collection within 1 business day (provided items are in-stock, or unless otherwise notified).
• When collecting your order from UniShop's UOW Wollongong campus store, please be ready to show a copy of your order confirmation email, along with valid student/photo ID. The Click and Collect counter is located at the rear of the store, Building 11 Northfields Ave, University of Wollongong.

To Click and Collect at another UOW Campus:

• Simply select your preferred campus location at checkout (Bega Valley, Eurobodalla, Liverpool, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Sutherland, Sydney CBD), and your order will be available for collection within 5-7 business days (provided items are in-stock, or unless otherwise notified).
• PLEASE WAIT to receive confirmation from your selected UOW Campus location before arriving to collecting your items, and be ready to present student/photo ID when collecting your order.

• The shipping calculation goes up to 20kg. A message is displayed with the shipping cost that we will contact you for a difference if the weight is above 20kg.
